Booking an Appointment

A $50 deposit is required when arranging an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and is stored on your account in the event that your appointment is cancelled.

Please be on time for your appointments; we realise that time gets the best of us; if you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure that other clients' appointments do not fall behind. However, I f you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please choose your appointment time carefully. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in the full loss of your deposit or prepaid session.

While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This policy ensures we can offer your reserved time to another client.

This policy also applies to appointments secured with gift vouchers or prepaid treatments, which will be forfeited if adequate notice is not given.

Payments, Refunds & Exchanges

All payments and deposits for services are final and cannot be refunded. Should you choose not to proceed with a prepaid treatment, the payment will remain as a credit on your account for up to six months, applicable only to the original service purchased. This credit is not transferable to other services.

Retail products can be exchanged within 7 days if returned unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Exchanges apply to products only and cannot be applied toward services. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please note that gift vouchers, prepaid packages, and treatment credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original client.

Packages & Credits

All prepaid packages and credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. They remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, after which they will expire. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity period once it has lapsed.

If you need to temporarily pause your treatments due to medical reasons, a signed letter from your healthcare provideris required to place your account on hold before your package or credit expires.

Please note that prepaid packages, credits, and gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser only.

Personal Hygiene Guidelines

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and treatment effectiveness, please arrive at your appointment with the treatment area freshly cleaned. For laser hair removal sessions, having the area freshly shaved is required. We offer hygiene essentials such as towels, razors, and wet wipes for your convenience. Makeup remover is also available for use before facial treatments.
